The steady growth of ProcSys, leveraged on the vast expertise built over decades, ensured a customer base ranging from Fortune100 companies to start ups.

ProcSys was born out of the pioneering spirit of its founders. Its long history, rich with experience, is the foundation on which we continue to build a learning organization that is competetive and professionally agile.

At a time when electronic hardware design was unheard of in India, three visionaries believed that state-of-the-art electronic product design was possible out of India. In 1973, they founded ProcSys (Processor Systems India Pvt. Ltd.)

ProcSys soon became both a pioneer and a participant, developing many prestigious products for governmental organizations like the Indian Telephone & Telegraph, the Navy and others. As a pioneer, ProcSys was one of the first to develop and market its own micro and mini computers in India. The Government of India recognized the role ProcSys played in reshaping the technology landscape and awarded it an Accredited Lab status.

Later, PSI Data Systems was spawned to concentrate on production and marketing, while ProcSys intensified its focus on design and engineering. In the late eighties, Bull of France invested in PSI Data Systems while ProcSys repositioned itself to deliver high end design services to the global market in hardware, embedded software, network management, mechanical engineering and application software. The steady growth of ProcSys, leveraged on the vast expertise built over decades, ensured a customer base ranging from Fortune100 companies to start ups. The expanding customer base of ProcSys meant that today our geographical coverage includes the US, Japan, Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia & Australia) along with an increasing home base in India.

With EHTP and STP status, we ensured that our service play combines both hardware and software. Our business and engagement processes ensure returns on the promises made, while our people, a majority of who have more than 5 years of inside experience, are a standing testimony to our collective strength and commitment.

As we move forward, we continue to make a strategic investment in IP to offer our customers an extended business value while we remain technologically competitive and professionally agile. As we forge new alliances and build stronger partnerships, we are guided by the pioneering spirit of the founders to take ourselves to the next level.
